I don't really think anyone can get it looking that perfect, but if you practice using a spiral curler, or a regular curler if you're good at doing hair, i suggest that would be a good alternative. I'm okay with hair but i use a straightener to curl my hair, you just twist it at the top and it looks more full and bouncy, i suggest that but you have to get the hang of it. Try looking on youtube for videos of how to do it. Good Luck, hope I helped :)

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters I just got a perm with that style of hair in mind, but you'd have to care for it a LOT. I'm too lazy to so it doesn't look as good. You'd also need long hair, since it will "shorten" with a perm.She probably uses a curling iron in addition to a perm (if she got one) while keeping it in place with sprays and gels. It would probably take a lot of work. Talk to your hair stylist...Good luck though!
