When your hair is still wet, scrunch it with mousse or gel. If you don't know what scrunching is, search 'how to scrunch hair' on youtube.There's gurus on youtube that I learn how to do EVERY hairstyle from :)
you could buy garnier fructis curling gel and mix itor if you dont want it to be a wet style dry your hair with a blow dryer on cold and then take an iron and go alittle way from the scalp and twist the iron down and you should get a nice loose wave
Wash your hair and half towel dry it, depending on the size of curls you want wrap hair around your finger to create a ringlet, spray with A LITTLE BIT of hair spray and do this for the rest of your hair leave to dry and when its dry run through the curls with your fingers GENTLY and you will have perfect curls like vannessa xxxVoilaa :)

her hair is texturized you need to buy some texturizing spray flip your hair over and scrunch it it will get all the natural volume out and next you divide your hair into large pony tails and then you curl your hair with a large curler and then you you pin in and let it cool in pin form after like an hour take then out and flip your hair over and shake it out and spray texturizing spray and go ! best of luck happy holidays! <3
you get a professional stylist (if you have the money)or if you dont, just do what the first poster said. it works.
