Well I even asked a professional stylist that question...she said Venessa's hair looked like it either had rollers in it or curling iorns used. Blow dry your hair, and if it is crazy, straighten it just enough to smooth it out, then use rollers or a curling iorn!
Well I am hoping you're hair is as long as theirs so I can explain it easier....all you have to do is you should take a shower then blow dry you're hair real well then all you need to do is I would straighten it if you're hair is naturally curly or wavy then take a fat and skinny curling iron and curl you're hair in big curls and little curls all around then spray lots of hair spray make sure there is no frizz in you're hair and you will look just like Miley Cyrus or Vanessa Hudgen's hair!!! You will look amazing!!
