I want to make my hair look like this http://images.newcelebritypics0o0com/img/celebs/images/v/vanessa_hudgens_-2803.jpg without using a hair dryer or straightner?
Try using some rollers when your hair is wet and spritz on some styling spray/ hair spray to hold the style. Large rollers would be best. Then leave your hair to dry naturally and you should be left with lovely waves!! Hope this helps!! xxx Source(s): Personal Experience
Towel dry your hair first very thoroughly enough to where your hair is just a little bit damp and take moose and work it through your hair .Scrunch the hair when working it through it should give you the similar affect that you are looking for.
When you get out of the shower and your hair is still wet, rub sea salt spray into your hair and scrunch it with your hands. Leave it to dry.You can also put your hair in two or three tight plaits the night before and take them out and comb the hair in the morning.
K after you wet your hair, comb it out. Then, apply some curl spray. (redken, garnier fruitis, goldwell, pantene, aussie, bedhead)Scrunch your hair thoroughly, so it's not crunchy or hard when your finished. Then, grab a section of your hair and twist the section of your hair to the scalp. (twirl it around finger to the scalp, and push off the piece of hair so it's in a curl circle. The section should look like an O.) secure w/ bobby pins or syling clips. Do this all over. For the Vanessa look, separate your bangs and take a round brush to them. While using the round brush (put bang on top while twirling slowly) blowdry on low (optional).Hold the clips in for 40 minutes, so while your waiting you can put on makeup, clothes, e.t.c.Take the clips out. They will be slightly wet. Scrunch them for a bit and air dry.My hair looked EXACTLY like hers. Best of luck!
use a crimping iron
