How can I get a muscular body like Vanessa Hudgens or just look better?

How can I get a muscular body like Vanessa Hudgens or just look better?
I need to get more arm muscle around the elbow area, it shows my bone, and i don't like it. and my legs are too tiny. I want bigger thighs and calves. I would also like to work on my glutes.
I want to be able to do all this during the summer, so stuff that can help me get into a really good shape like vanessa hudgens really quickly.
